Hampton Inn Lancaster

Majority of these reviews are from White folk , rooms are small, mold in ice machine , I will be calling department of health. And if your brown or any other color, the white receptionist in the am shift along with other guests looks at you like you don’t belong. Pool is great, breakfast delicious, semi friendly staff. Blankets and sheets, along with towels left outside of room for daaayyyss. Phone wasn’t workin in room either.

Stayed for one night with a one year old. We didn't book a suite but received a room that had an extra little sitting area, which was perfect for putting our one year old in his pack and play to sleep (which was provided by the hotel). Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. There's a little plaza with a couple restaurants that is super walkable- just a quick breeze through the parking lot. Breakfast in the morning was very busy as it seemed a soccer team was staying over, so the tables were packed when we got there. An employee saw me struggling to get breakfast for our one year and carry around a high chair, and stepped in and helped me. She showed me to the empty conference room where we could eat and insisted on carrying the high chair. She checked in several times to see if she could get us anything, and ended up bringing our baby a banana. Her kindness was so refreshing and appreciated. I wish I had caught her name, but she had a long blonde ponytail- thank you for going above and beyond for us! We had an excellent stay, but, just two suggestions to make the service extra superb: I wish that the hotel carried sheets the size of the pack and play. When we asked for a sheet, they gave us a bed sheet which we had to wrap around the pack and play mattress, which isn't sleep safe for a baby. Secondly, I phoned the hotel ahead of time (the day before) to let them know we would be needing a pack and play. They said that they are available and to let them know when we checked in. At check in, we let them know and they brought one up, but, it would have been extra convenient if it were just already ready to go in the room seeing that we called ahead. All in all, worth the stay! Thank you Hampton Inn Lancaster!

We spent 3 nights at this Hotel and had a great Vacation Stay. The location is perfect. Close to all the main Landcaster attractions, while being enough out of the way to be quiet and relaxing. The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. For the last 6 years, anytime we stay in Landcaster, we stay at this Hotel. Never disappointed by the facility or the staff. Will we stay at this Hotel the next time we visit Landcaster area? Absolutely YES!

Nicole was amazing made this stay incredible sometimes it's the people not the place. She made our stay comfortable and happy had to be out of our house for remodeling and felt like whatever we needed to make our stay more comfortable she was always there with a smile the bad things I will not mention because after her hospitality that can be forgotten

We were exhausted from traveling. Came here from California. We were so happy with this hotel. Just stayed one night as we are traveling through multiple states in just a few days. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean, our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable!! So comfortable that we slept through breakfast! So, I can’t review breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. We would stay here again if in the area.

I did not know that the Hilton Brand had literally "gone to the dogs"! What a severe disappointment when we checked into the Hampton Inn, Lancaster, PA. We checked in minutes after 7:00PM for a very important Zoom meeting. Within minutes, a huge, barking dog in the room next door started uncontrollable barking. Probably not the dogs fault; just hideous owners! I called the front desk to complain, but they did nothing to end the barking. We could not even hear the important Board of Directors meeting that we had signed into. We finally had to move rooms. Thank God that we're also members of Marriott Bonvoy. Never have I encountered such a disgusting night's stay. WHEN did you make the horrible decision to "go to the dogs"? When we finally got another room due to the uncontrollable barking dog, that room was not clean. The floorboard was falling off and the carpet had not been vacuumed.
